Well, the list is beginning to take shape. It's hard to spread things across the categories... personally, if 101 things all fell within the category of travel, that would probably be ok with me.
So at this rate, there will be a lengthy brainstorming session before the list gets finalized. Once I get them all up there I'll number them off and I'll get started.
Oh, if you have any ideas of things for me to do, shoot 'em my way. I retain veto power though.

visit kristin and caleb's new house
visit the 10 states in the lower 48 that i haven't been to yet (2/10)
visit my parents at least three times a year
visit my grandparents at least twice a year
culture [8]
listen to 1001 albums (huh?)
go to a symphony concert
go to an art museum
go to a U2 concert
go to a Sigur Ros concert
go to a photographer's personal gallery
educate myself on the upcoming presidential election
vote in the upcoming presidential election

update my blog at least once a week
finish transferring my grandparent's interview to CD
cook 10 new recipes (2/10)
take a cooking class
get out of debt (except the house)
take a film photography class
develop a roll of my own 35mm film
get ID theft insurance
read the Lord Of The Rings

catch up on watching all of the 24 seasons
complete my grandparent's photo collage of their house
create a photo collage of my parent's house
draw some landscape pictures and frame them

i recently finished my list of 101 things as well (it's here - http://rachels101in1001days.blogspot.com/). it was really incredible to be able to sit down and think about things that i personally wanted to accomplish, regardless of how small. good luck finishing your list. can't wait to see how it turns out:)
